Through incorporating elements of several art therapy modalities and trainings from creativity thought leaders, facilitator Dawn Duncan will guide participants through a six week exploration of self. Art will serve as the catalyst to break through mental blocks and boundaries, allowing free expression and discovery of different art mediums. Each week will be something new!
