Family Resource Center Programming Space
CornerStone is planning to build additional space above the current poured concrete basement above the youth center. The space will allow CornerStone to accommodate additional Family Resource Center programming such as computer access for employment advancement opportunities, mental health consultations, mobile dentistry, meetings with other resource agencies, easier access to emergency food items, and better space for toddler and family education engagement.
Note: drawings and RFQ updated 4/23/26, please review highlighted changes and see preliminary structural drawings below.
The new addition will include three meeting rooms, a kitchenette, ADA accessible restroom, ADA accessible shower room, and open gathering area. Quotes for the entire project are welcome as well as quotes for individual trades to allow CornerStone to evaluate the most efficient use of funds. Contractors can schedule time to see the project and/or ask questions until April 29th and quotes will be accepted until May 1st, 2026.
